"3">Raymond Edward Phillipsen, 47, of Fairhope, native of Rice Lake, Wisc. passed away Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2011, surrounded by loved ones.
"3">Ray was a U.S Army veteran and avid outdoorsman. He will be missed by all the family and friends that loved him dearly.
"3">He is survived by his wife, Carole Phillipsen of Fairhope; a son, Spencer Phillipsen of Virginia Beach, Va.; two daughters, Courtney Phillipsen of Rice Lake, Wisc.,
