GULF SHORES, Ala. — The Alabama Gulf Coast Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Connexion Technologies at their new location, 1240 Commerce Drive in the Gulf Shores Industrial Park.

The center will house several offices of Connexion Technologies as well as operational facilities for Accelera Services, LLC, an affiliated company that supports service providers who operate on Connexion Technologies’ networks.

The new Gulf Shores facility employs more than 80 professionals, making it one of the largest communications employers in Baldwin County.

The new Gulf Shores office houses a regional call center and a network operations center which is operated by Accelera Services, as well as enables Connexion Technologies to provide additional network infrastructure support for its properties in the region.

Connexion Technologies, who acts as a fiber-optic infrastructure provider and as a service provider manager, has formed a relationship with a variety of properties in the region including Cottages on the Greene, Escapes to the Shores, Craft Farms, The Beach Club and The Wharf.
