Richard Engles Cromling Jr., 69, a resident of Fairhope, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Paulette Cromling (nee Gabel); and sons, John Cromling and Michael Cromling.
He is survived by his children, Michelle Dranka of Chicago, Janene Johnson (Geno) of Cary, N.C. and Tim Perkins of Los Angeles, Calif.; and a grandchild, Taylor Johnson.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, Sept. 6, 2014, at 10 a.m., at Fairhope United Methodist Church, 155 S. Section St., in Fairhope.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made in Richards’s name to Liver Disease Research, American Liver Foundation, 39 Broadway, Suite 2700, New York, NY 10006.
