Richard M. Spivey of Elberta passed away on March 28,2013. He was a United States Navy veteran.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Katherine Spivey.
He is survived by two daughters, Elaine Emmenger of Tampa ,Fla. and Deborah Rogers of Elberta; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
The family will hold a memorial service Saturday, April 13, at 3 p.m., at Genesis Church, 3100 S. McKenzie St. in Foley.
