Robert E. “Bob” Frolik, 72, a native of Homestead, Fla., and a resident of Robertsdale, died Saturday, Aug. 21, 2010.
He retired from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years of service then retired as a service manager after 18 years with Motorola in Mobile. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion and enjoyed Air Force reunions. He loved to travel, enjoyed his farm, antique truck, but mostly his tractor.
Survivors include his wife, wife, Ingrid Frolik of Robertsdale; daughter, Robina (Steven) Moore of Loxley; son, Jeff (Karyn) Frolik of Essex Junction, Vt.; brother, Skip (Cathy) Froilk of Foley; and two grandchildren, Zoe and Syd Frolik.
Visitation begins at 5 p.m. with a memorial service at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25 from the chapel of Mack Funeral Home with Deacon Joey Dossett officiating.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 19059 S. Greeno Road, Fairhope, AL 36532.
