Robert Leslie Hadley, 65, born in Latham and a resident of Robertsdale, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope.
He was in the maintenance department at Scott Paper Co. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife, Florence Jeanette (Minchew) Hadley of Robertsdale; three sons, Phillip Dewayne Hadley of Robertsdale, William Louis Hadley of Robertsdale and Steven Wayne Hadley of Daphne; and two sisters, Millie Marie Hadley Sprinkle of Bay Minette and Mazie Lee Hadley Guy of Fairhope.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 6, 2014, at 10 a.m., at the Church of God of Prophecy, 23425 Cowling Road, Robertsdale, with the Rev. James Caples and the Rev. Ernest Pigorsch officiating.
Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Stapleton.
The family will receive friends Saturday, April 5, 2014, from 6 until 10 p.m., at the Church of God of Prophecy in Robertsdale.
Pallbearers will be Russell Minchew, Keith Irwin, Rickey Aldridge, Jeremiah Fell, Moody Leslie “Skip” Pritchett and Vernie “Bubba” Parnell Jr.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bill Faulk and Jimmy Cooper.
