Robertsdale Elementary Students Earn iRead Shirts

Posted

Mrs. Parnell, second grade teacher at Robertsdale Elementary, challenged her twenty-two second grade students to earn an iRead t-shirt. As second graders, each student had to read an average of 40 books on his/her reading level and complete an Accelerated Reader test with 80% or higher to get to wear an iRead t-shirt every Monday at school. To celebrate, the class enjoyed a 28” pizza from Vitolli’s Pizzeria and Italian Eatery with Dr. Seuss cupcakes for dessert. Mrs. Parnell is very proud of her second grade students. Shown in the picture are her students with Mrs. Parnell.
