Coaches Marshal Davis and Scott Harville will be presenting the Hickory House All Star Summer Basketball Camp for both boys and girls June 17-18, from 8 a.m. until noon, at the Robertsdale High School gymnasium.

“We’ll be working on such offensive fundamentals as shooting, passing and ball handling,” Davis said. “On the defensive side the campers will work on learning the proper stances and footwork, rebounding, and the principles of the man to man defense.”

Coach Davis is the head coach for the RHS Golden Bears mens’ team and Coach Harville does the same for the ladies.

Harville said, “A portion of the camp will be dedicated to teaching the team concept. We’ll be dividing the campers into teams and scrimmaging at the end of each day.

The cost of the camp is $45, however, it goes to $50 for late registrations. The price is $40 for multiple campers from a family.

“The campers will need to bring their gym shoes, money for snacks, and a great attitude,” said Harville.
