The City of Robertsdale also hosted its annual Christmas in the Park on Saturday before and after the parade with performances by the Robertsdale High School chorus and Golden Bear Marching Band.
Rotary Club President Ruthie Campbell led the parade up Highway 59 to Honeybee Park, followed by the Rotary International Float, which featured the Rotary Club’s Rodeo princesses, which are Robertsdale Rotarians’ daughters, granddaughters and great-granddaughters who are 12 and under.
A total of 72 different groups, including floats and walkers, participated in this year’s parade, Campbell said. Awards were handed out for both large and small category floats.
