Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Rogers of Opp, announce the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Nicole Rogers, to Dustin Thomas Harris, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Harris of Fairhope.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Luverne Rogers and the late Ms. Jean Spivey. She is a graduate of Opp High School and Birmingham-Southern College where she received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, summa cum laude.
She is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Alabama Birmingham. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is employed with Alabama Power Company in Birmingham.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Larkin Harris, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Eastridge of Opelika, and the late Charles Lewis High.
He is a graduate of Fairhope High School and Auburn University where he received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, magna cum laude. In addition, he obtained a Master of Civil Engineering from Auburn University.
He is a licensed professional engineer and is employed with Malcolm Pirnie in Birmingham.
The couple will exchange vows in March at Fairhope United Methodist Church. The couple will reside in Birmingham.
