Rose and Carey Smith of Fairhope celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Dec. 21, 2012. They have five children, Laurie Sikorowski of Fairhope, Robby Smith of Fairhope, David Smith of Nashville, Tenn. and Patrick Smith of Baltimore, Md. The Smiths have five grandchildren.
