Dr. C. Van Rosen, Ph.D., died on March 19, 2009 while in Mobile Infirmary following a brief illness.
He was a well known psychologist, who practiced over 30 years in Baldwin and Mobile counties.
A Naval veteran, he graduated from the University of Kentucky and completed his clinical psychology internship at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in the National Institute of Mental Health in Washington, D.C. He received a doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Memphis in 1975.
He was on staff at several area hospitals and held several positions with the Mobile Association of Psychologists and the Alabama Psychological Association. He served as president of the Alabama Psychological Association for 2008.
Survivors include his loving wife, Brenda “Holly” Rosen.
