BAY MINETTE, Ala. — Candidates in the Baldwin County District Attorney’s race may be headed for a runoff after 65 of 67 precincts reported late Tuesday.
Republican Hallie Dixon received 33 percent of the votes, followed by David Green with 31 percent. Incumbent Judy Newcomb received 30 percent of the votes.
The unofficial tally does not include provisional ballots, and results of one Daphne precinct voting machine, according to Probate Judge Tim Russell.
The primary runoff election is scheduled July 13.
