GULF SHORES, Ala. — Journey to Paris and then back home to the chauffeur’s apartment above the garage in the timeless love story, “Sabrina Fair,” going into its final weekend at South Baldwin Community Theatre in Gulf Shores.
Shows will be staged Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m., at SBCT, 2022 W. Second St., across from the Bodenhamer Recreation Center.
The play explores the transformation of a young, gawky girl in love with one of the rich young men her father serves as a chauffeur to a young woman of beauty, charm and sophistication.
The story is a lighthearted one full of comedy and romance and the basis for both the 1954 movie, directed by Billy Wilder, and the 1995 remake both titled "Sabrina.”
Tickets are $15 for adults; $7.50 for children and $3 for preschoolers.
