DAPHNE, Ala. — Fish River Christmas Tree Farm has designated Friday, Nov. 23 to Sunday, Nov. 25 as “Santa-America Week-end.”

“Santa,” his elves and live reindeer will be at the farm from 1 to 4 p.m. daily with a special “Santa-America Parade” scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 25 at 1 p.m.

Families are encouraged to bring their cameras and get a special holiday picture.

Fish River Christmas Tree Farm makes a donation to Santa-America for every Christmas tree sold during the season. Santa-America is the largest volunteer Santa service organization in the USA, founded on the Eastern Shore and visiting special-needs children 12 months a year in hospice, with chronic pediatric illness or suffering from post traumatic stress disorder.

“Fish River Christmas Tree Farm is a major supporter of Santa-America and its mission,” “Santa” Ernest Berger, president of Santa-America said.
