Sarah C. Hayford, 90, a native of Rockport, Ind. and a resident of Gulf Shores, passed away at home Monday, Nov. 4, 2013.
She was a member of Foley United Methodist Church, a participant of the Order of the Eastern Star and was a member of the Gulf Bowl mixed bowling league.
Ms. Hayford was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Stevenson; two brothers, Thomas (Analee) and Morgan Stevenson; and her husband, Clarence Hayford.
Survivors include two sons, Steven Hayford of Gulf Shores and John (Carolyn) Hayford of Satsuma; four grandchildren, Robert (Katrina) Hayford of Mobile, Mistica (Larry) Grantham of Semmes, Heath (Keleah) Hayford of Leaksville, Miss. and Miranda (Jeremiah) Gray of Wilmer; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013, at 10 a.m., at Pine Rest Funeral Home in Foley, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow in Pine Rest Memorial Park.
