FAIRHOPE, Ala. — Three Faulkner State Community College nursing students, Theresa Crider, Mary Johnson-Wise and Caroline Stoltz, were awarded the South Baldwin Health Foundation Scholarship.
To be eligible, these students had to meet the following criteria: maintain a cumulative grade point averag of 3.0, reside in south Baldwin County, take a full curriculum for declared nursing or allied health program and be in good standing with that program and with Faulkner State, successfully completed the first semester of that program, and enter into a written scholarship agreement with Faulkner State by which the student will agree to the eligibility criteria and other conditions as stated.
The South Baldwin Health Foundation is a charitable foundation dedicated to enhancing health care in South Baldwin County, Alabama. Over the years, the foundation’s focus has been primarily to provide financial assistance to students committed to health-related careers and to provide incentives for those students, upon completion of their studies, to live and work in south Baldwin County and to assist the Foundation in its efforts to ensure quality health care for the citizens of South Baldwin County.
