Earline Evelyn Schneider, 80, a native of Birmingham and a resident of Gulf Shores, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Ladies Tuesday Morning Bowling League, the Red Hat Society and Volunteer at the American Legion.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Catherine Wilson; and her first husband, W.G. Doss Jr., father of David, Joyce and Randy.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Schneider of Gulf Shores; two sons, David (Margaret) Doss of Panama City, Fla., and Randy Doss of Silverhill; daughter, Joyce (Danny) Pulliam of Fairhope; three brothers, Don Schmidt of Downey, Calif., Wallace Schmidt of Quartz Hill, Calif., and Bud Schmidt of Hanceville; five sisters, Anna Crider of Decatur, Evelyn Hays of Hanceville, Brenda Long of Hanceville, Dot Becker of Silver Springs, Colo., and Nell Brown of Hanceville; five grandchildren, Julie, David, Jeremy, Summer and Mark; six great-grandchildren, Ashley, James, Hunter, Nichole, Alessa and Savanna; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Friday, May 23 at at Wolfe-Bayveiw Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 6 p.m. from the funeral home chapel.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Fairhope.
