Jo Anne Keahey Scott, 73, a native of Wiggins, Miss., and a longtime resident of Bay Minette died Tuesday, July 6, 2010 surrounded by her loving family.
She was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was a member of Bromley Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and retired from both Scott Paper Company and QMS Inc.
Survivors include four daughters, Debra Platt of Vinegar Bend, Beverly Jo Scott of Brussels Belgium, Karen Weaver and Lisa Medlock of Cantonment, Fla.; son, Timothy E. Scott of Bay Minette; two step-children, Diane Johnson of Bay Minette and Gene Scott of Orange Beach; several grandchilden, great-grandchilden, brothers and sisters and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at Bromley Baptist Church at a later date.
The family requests memorial donations be made to Covenant Hospice.
