Michael Wesley Scott, 56, a native of Suffern, N.Y., and resident of Theodore, died Thursday, Feb. 7 at a local hospital.
He was a dedicated employee of U.S.A. College for nineteen years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Scott.
Survivors include his wife, Darla Scott of Theodore; step-son, Larry (Nikki) Bradley of Semmes; stepdaughters, Amanda and Kimberly Bradley, both of Theodore; two grandchildren, Madison and Kyle Bradley; his mother, Katherine Scott of Hernando, Fla.; two brothers, Skip (Sharon) Scott of Wyoming, and
David (Jeannie) Scott of Hernando, Fla.; sister-in-law, Brenda Messer of Theodore; nephews, grand nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m., with a memorial service at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Bellfontaine Baptist Church. A reception will follow at Foul River Community Center.
The family requests memorial donations be made to USA Cancer Research.
