William Aubrey "Bill" Seals, 82, a native of Flomaton and a resident of Bay Minette, died Monday, March 2, 2009 at his residence.
He was a veteran of World War II serving our country with the U.S. Army. He retired as a journeymen lineman with Southern Company after 45 years of service. He worked for 37 years out of the local Alabama Power Company office.
He was preceded in death by a son Jerry Boutwell.
Survivors include a daughter, Ouida Cassandra (Tony) Richerson of White House Fork; son, William A. "Tony" (Becky) Seals of Bay Minette; sister, Clara Seals Lambert of Flomaton; five grandchildren, William Brian (Julie) Seals, Treavie Lynn Seals (Chris) Ainsworth, Robert Duaine (Mary) Giadrosich, Audrie Louise Hyatt and Patricia Ryan (David) Keefer; 11 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 4 from the chapel of Norris Funeral Home with the Rev. J.P. Lambert officiating. Burial followed at Bay Minette Cemetery.
