Second Grade Students at Gulf Shores Elementary use cubes to learn patterns

Charlie Hollis, a 2nd grader in Mrs. Cendy Hart’s class at Gulf Shores Elementary is using cubes to construct and describe a repeating pattern. Students also used body movements and colored connecting cubes to name the repeating pattern. Students practiced using a number strip to determine what colors were associated with certain numbers and they were able to find the number sequence!
