This is the second year for the pageant, after having overwhelming success in the inaugural year. In its first year in 2010, the pageant had 27 girls from across the county compete. The majority of the girls in the pageant the first year were from the Central Baldwin area, and attended Silverhill, Robertsdale, Elsanor, Rosinton, Loxley and Central Christian schools. At the pageant, which last year was held the week before the Heritage Day Festival, around 150 people attended.
