Baldwin County Music Teachers Association presented a recital for its senior high school students on May 6, 2012, at the Fairhope Unitarian Fellowship. Brock Larsen, Justine Melendez, Julia Pischek and Sydney Wasdin have studied piano privately throughout their high school and elementary school careers. This recital featured them playing Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Schubert, Chopin, Khachaturian and many other composers. Solos and duets were performed all on piano. The recital was very formal with floor-length gowns and tuxedos. A reception followed celebrating each students' achievements. The BCMTA congratulates these students and wishes them well in their future endeavors.
