In the early morning hours of July 8, multiple law enforcement agencies, including the Foley Police Department, FBI, Baldwin County Sheriff's Office, DEA and Homeland Security, converged on the home at 406 East Michigan Avenue to execute search warrants on the property.
In the process of executing those warrants, law enforcement officials found drugs, weapons, U.S. currency and other evidence were found and seized, leading to the arrest of seven people on a variety of charges including drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, kidnapping and possession of firearms.
As the investigation continued, it was discovered that one man, Giannis Pappadis, was wanted on a murder charge in Harris County, Texas.
Foley Police say the case is still under investigation at this time, and that multiple federal and state agencies are still conducting an ongoing investigation.
Those arrested included:
Giannis Pappadis, 32: charge pending for murder in Harris County, Texas; charged with rape in the first degree, possession of a pistol by a violent felon, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest.
Moises "Moi" Martinez-Campos, 30: Charged with two counts of drug trafficking.
Rafael "Raffa" Martinez, 41: Charged with drug trafficking.
Marcos Bravo-Zamora, 30: Charged with first degree rape, first degree kidnapping and drug trafficking.
Feliciano Antonio Santos, 33: Charged with drug trafficking.
Noe Castillo Noyola, 43: Charged with drug trafficking.
Francisco "Pancho" Viscarra-Martinez, 35: Charged with first degree rape and drug trafficking.
