BAY MINETTE, Ala. — Baldwin County Sheriff Huey “Hoss” Mack recently completed a sheriff’s orientation and training conference at the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa, along with other sheriffs statewide.
The Alabama Law Institute and the Alabama Sheriffs' Association conduct the training seminars which review legal and administrative duties. The conference is divided into eight sessions, including working relationships, criminal law procedures, record keeping, commitments and civil process, and federal and state resources.
