George H. Skipper, 73, a native of Rosinton, former resident of Robertsdale and a resident of Summerdale, died Thursday, May 22, 2008 .
He was a Real Estate Developer since 1975 and he founded and operated Skipper Land Company.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Mary Skipper of Summerdale; two sons, Mickey (Barbara) Skipper and Gary (Donna) Skipper, all of Summerdale; sister, Ann Lassitter of Rosinton; brother, Hollis Skipper of Las Cruces, N.M.; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, May 25 at Mack Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Taylor officiating. Burial followed at Rosinton Methodist Cemetery.
The family requests memorial donations be made to the Loxley Church of God, P.O. Box 499. Loxley, AL 36551.
Arrangements were made by Mack Funeral Home and Crematory, Robertsdale.
