Prescription of controlled substance was reported on Battleship Parkway, four Ox Cotton pills valued at $50 and two Lortab valued at $25
Property damage, waterline/water was reported on Wakefield Drive.
Criminal mischief was reported at Aeropostale in Spanish Fort.
Domestic incident was reported at Buzbee Lane.
July 3
Third-degree theft of property was reported at Belk in Spanish Fort. A pair of Madison Studio silver earrings valued at $40 and a Madison Studio necklace valued at $40 were reportedly stolen. The earrings were recovered.
July 6
Second-degree theft of property was reported on Driftwood Lane. A Kodak digital camera valued at $350 and U.S. dollars and coins valued at $600 were reportedly stolen.
Third-degree theft of property was reported at Felix’s Fish Camp on Battleship Parkway. A cell phone Blackberry valued at $350 was reportedly stolen.
July 7
Lost property. A customer’s phone valued at $350 was reportedly stolen at Dillard’s.
July 8
Third-degree theft -shoplifting was reported at Dillard’s. A baseball cap valued at $35 and other assorted items of clothing of unknown value was reportedly stolen.
Third-degree burglary was reported at Vodie Watts Road. Window damage valued at $80, theft of Check soda valued at $6 and Little Debbie Nutty Buddy’s valued at $2 was reported.

Property damage was reported at Jimmy Faulkner Drive.

Harassing communication was reported on Wayside Drive.

Domestic incident was reported on Marcella Avenue.

Third-degree domestic violence was reported at Ruby Tuesday.

Violation of protection order was reported at Ruby Tuesday.
Lost property was reported at Wayside Drive. A Mauser Model 1895 rifle and attached Redfield 3-9 Rifle scope were reportedly stolen.
Third-degree criminal mischief was reported at Jiggity Jig at 8080 Spanish Fort Boulevard, East. A broken rail on porch, top rail of chain-link, and fence detached from support post were reported.
July 27
Property damage was reported at Sara Avenue. A concrete sidewalk received damages valued at $100.
July 28
Second-degree criminal mischief was reported at Spanish Fort High School. Sign reportedly received damages.
Second-degree possession of marijuana and brass knuckles was reported at 6530 Spanish Fort Boulevard. A small bag of marijuana valued at $25, brass knuckles valued at$10, and a marijuana pipe valued at $45 were recovered.
Third-degree domestic violence was reported at 5901 Battleship Parkway.

Corey H. Blackmon, age 19, was arrested on second-degree criminal mischief charges.
July 18
Jason Burns Byrum, age 32, was arrested for driving under the influence.
Jeffrey F. Waldrup, age 42, was arrested for driving under the influence.
