Carnival proceeds benefit North Baldwin White Christmas. NBWC provides the needy, elderly, disabled, sick and shut-ins with clothing and food during the Christmas season.
“Ten carnival games, a cake walk, costume contest, and lots of trick-or-treat candy await carnival attendees,” said Greg Mais, Bay Minette Civic Club President.
