GULF SHORES, AL - On Wednesday March 30 units from the Gulf Shores Fire Department were called out to 1217 W. Beach Blvd. where it was reported a 19-year-old man had fallen from a first floor balcony.
Contacted via social media on April 1,Fabian Azima said he is shaken but doing fine.
"I'm fine thank God," Azima said. "I broke two ribs and bruised my eye."
He was released from Sacred Heart Hospital sometime Thursday.
Azima and was transported to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola via ground. Both air ambulance services could not fly because of the weather at the time of the incident. Fire crews recieved the call at 4:33 a.m. on March 30
"Bystanders reported he climbed over the railing and fell, he was unconscious when GSFR Medics arrived," a department release stated. "Bystanders denied know him."
