Spring brings promises!

Posted

As spring bursts forth its beautiful blooms of azaleas, baby animals are born, the warmth of the sun, as well as seeing a beautiful rainbow after a spring rain bring us such promises of spring’s presentation of nature and that winter is winding down.

With Easter approaching as we begin to see butterflies flitting about as well as rabbits holding up their little paws with their cotton tails, we as families love to be out and about in the promise of a beautiful spring day!

Young children are a promise as well. In sharing this with you, I’d like to take each letter of “promise” as we realize that your child is a promise and a possibility!

—Visual learning is where a child learns more by seeing pictures or demonstrations.

—Reflective learners usually learn best from observing alone. They love reading and looking at books.

—Logical learners learn by following patterns or sequences.

—Physical learners learn best by a lot of activity such as being active with their whole body.

—Relational learners interact and relate well with other children.

—Musical learners love to sing, hum, and they enjoy playing musical instruments.

—Natural Learners love the world outside. They are naturally little scientists who love to look closely at nature with all its plants and animals.

S-Spring forward to adapt these tips in your everyday life.

E- Every day is a gift wrapped up in a bow when young children are growing up.
