Football fans and trial watchers will have to wait until at least September to see Kenny “The Snake” Stabler face charges of driving under the influence in Robertsdale.
Stabler was arrested Sunday, June 8 on Alabama 59 near Hub City Grocery around 12:30 a.m. according to Robertsdale police. The police also say Stabler refused a breath test.
According to published reports, Robertsdale Assistant Police Chief Brian Middleton has said that the arresting officer has resigned, and is now working for the Alabama State police. The trial will be moved into September.
