GULF SHORES, Ala. — Kaiser Realty, Inc. is pleased to announce that Gayle Staimpel was selected the Employee of the Month award recipient for July.

Staimpel recently celebrated her 11th anniversary with Kaiser Realty, having joined the company in July of 1997.

“Gayle is an integral part of the Kaiser Realty team and I, along with our colleagues, congratulate her on this well-deserved award,” said Vice President of Administration Sheila McKenzie.” 

The award is presented to a team member who provided superior service to the company’s guests and property owners during the month.

As Kaiser Realty’s Employee of the Month, Staimpel receives a $100 American Express gift card, reserved parking, name recognition on the company’s marquee and lunch with company president. Staimpel also qualifies for the company’s semi-annual “Spirit of Excellence Award.”
