Stephen J. Cap, 51, a native of Carteret, N.J., and resident of Foley, died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Cap, and father, Stephen Cap.
Survivors include his life partner, Rita Filler of Foley; two daughters, Stephanie and Jennifer Cap of Foley; three sisters, Diane (Joe) Sobczyk of Woodbridge, N.J., Janet (John) Ginda of Lakehurst, N.J., and Dawn Cap (Steve Russo) of Carteret, N.J.
