Stephen J. Cap, 51, a native of Rahway, N.J., and a resident of Foley, died Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys Cap, and father, Stephen Cap.
Survivors include his life partner, Rita Filler of Foley; daughters, Stephanie and Jennifer Cap of Foley; sisters, Diane (Joe) Sobczyk of Woodbridge, N.J., Janet (John) Ginda of Lakehurst, N.J., and Dawn Cap (Steve Russo) of Carteret, N.J.
Cremation arrangements are by Pine Rest Funeral Home Inc., Foley.
