A single Saturday show at The Frog Pond at Blue Moon Farm on March 1st featured the timeless talents of songwriter/musician Steve Forbert. Originally from Meridian Miss., his song "Romeo's Tune" raced up the pop charts to #11 at its peak of popularity in 1980 and he's been going strong ever since. Sharing the show bill with Forbert was Gulf Coast favorites Sugarcane Jane, whose leader Anthony Crawford is a longtime collaborator with Forbert and was influential in attracting his friend to play the intimate music venue in Silverhill.
