The amendment for Stockton to not be annexed without residents' approval was to be on the Baldwin County Ballot this November but will be on all state ballots.

This will make it hard to inform all of Alabama. The second meeting of the Stockton Heritage Association will be Thursday. We have a facebook site: POB 127, Stockton 36579; or call 251-937-3738.

Lynne Bozone will be in charge of the meeting. I am Susan Bryant Myers. My father and his forefathers and foremothers were born and raised in Stockton for many generations.

 We don't want Bay Minette to succeed in annexing Stockton. It has been a six-year battle and we need help.
