Harold Strickland, 83, a resident of Foley, died Friday, May 29, 2009.
He loved his family and he loved to fish.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Azilee Strickland and his brother, Jessie Lloyd Sanford.
Survivors include two sons, Harold M. Strickland of Foley and Randy (Brandi) Strickland of Moody; two daughters, Cathy Warren and Janice Allen, both of Foley; two brothers, L.G. Sanford of Foley and Merle Wayne Sanford of Murphreesboro, Tenn.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation begins at 11 a.m. with funeral services at 1 p.m. Sunday, May 31, 2009from the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley.
The family requests memorial donations be made Community Hospice Of Baldwin County, 2770 S. McKenzie St., Foley, AL 36535.
