GULF SHORES, AL - The St. Andrew Women will be hosting its “Fourth Joni Hicks Memorial Style Show and Luncheon” Sept. 30. It will begin at 11:30 at St. Andrew by the Sea in the fellowship hall. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased from Ann Jones at 205-335-7900 or from the church office. The monies raised from this style show will go back into our community in the several forms. One of which is our Caring Casserole Ministry which provides food for those whose are experiencing illness, grief, or other health-related crises. Another one is the Children of the Island who are in need of backpacks, school supplies, school uniforms and other needs. St. Andrew Women regularly give monetary gifts to agencies that serve our community, especially the Christian Service Center, an agency that provides food, vouchers to Holy Spirit Clothes Closet, or other financial emergency needs to local families.
