SUDDUTH

Tom Jack Sudduth, 89, a native of Moores Bridge, and a resident of Bay Minette, died Friday, Nov. 27, 2009 at William F. Green State V.A. Home.

He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army and was a member of First Baptist Church and a life-time deacon.

He was preceded in death by his wives: Inez Sudduth and Helen Sudduth, and a son, Phillip Sudduth.

Survivors include three children: Clark (Kay) Sudduth of Bay Minette, Mary Jacque (Billy) Joy of Tuscaloosa and Tomella (Ray) Worley of Grant; 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sunday, Nov. 29 at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Henry Cox, Dr. Chip Starnes and the Rev. Billy Joy officiating. Burial followed at Bay Minette Cemetery.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society 19059 Greeno Road, Fairhope, AL 36532.
