Sue Cary Page, 82, died peacefully at her home in Lillian on May12, 2013.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Frank C. Page Jr.; her parents, Charles L. and Annie F. Cary; her sister, Lorraine Witherspoon; and brother Lt. Col. Charles M. Cary.
Sue is survived by a son, Charles Cary Page of Lillian; a daughter, Leila Page Baldridge and son-in-law Terry Baldridge of Vicksburg, Miss.; granddaughter, Keegan Burt of Madison, Miss.; niece, Suzanne Rupena of Miami, Fla.; nephew, John Witherspoon of Ocala, Fla.; sister-in-law, Leila Byars of Lillian; and her five beloved dogs, Pud, Sweetie, Sarge, Lillian and Mistytu.
Sue worked for 23 years as the executive secretary for Farm Press Publications in Clarksdale, Miss. In 1992, she and Frank moved to Lillian where they spent their retired years.
Sue was a devout Christian who loved God, her family and her dogs. She was an accomplished pianist, and she loved to cook for her family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
