Susan Alane Sliwinski Wesley, age 51, born in Belleville, Ill. and a resident of Bay Minette, Ala., died Thursday, May 28, 2015 at her residence.
She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Wesley; one son, Derek Levins; and one daughter, Brehia (Joe) Hare, all of Bay Minette, Ala.; two grandsons, Kyan Levins and Brody Levins; her mother, Mary Ann Sliwinski of Bay Minette, Ala.; two brothers, John (Lanette) Sliwinski and Tommy (Sheila) Sliwinski, both of Bay Minette, Ala.; sister-in-law, Diane (Jim) Cowley of Pensacola, Fla.; aunts and uncles, Tom and Pat Rehg of Edwardsville, Ill., Bonnie and Roy Corley of Bay Minette, Ala. and Sabra and Kenneth Mitchem of Stockton, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Sliwinski Jr.; and a brother, David Bassford Jr.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 30, 2015, at 3 p.m., at the chapel of Norris Funeral Home, with Rev. Richard Harvey officiating.
The family will receive friends Saturday, May 30, 2015, from 2 p.m. until the 3 p.m. service at Norris Funeral Home.
