Fairhope Middle School student, Clark Peterson, recently won first place in the Sweet Potato Cook-Off Contest held at the Baldwin County Fair in Robertsdale. Clark’s recipe, Sweet Potato Macaroons, featured cookies dipped in three different flavored chocolates. In the seventh grade, Clark is a member of Cyndie Wilkins’ Teen Discovery class.
