DAPHNE, Ala. — Area teens may join the Daphne Public Library Teen Board for a tour of the Old Methodist Church Museum of Daphne, where Union soldiers slept en route to the Battle of Spanish Fort in 1865.

Teens to meet at museum

DAPHNE, Ala. — Area teens may join the Daphne Public Library Teen Board for a tour of the Old Methodist Church Museum of Daphne, where Union soldiers slept en route to the Battle of Spanish Fort in 1865.

The museum is the second oldest church in Baldwin County and is listed on the National Register of Historical Places.  The museum is located at 405 Dryer Ave. 

This special teen board meeting will be held at the Daphne museum on Nov. 10 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.  

All area teens and their parents are invited to attend this free event.
