DAPHNE, Ala.— The Daphne-Spanish Fort Rotary Club will host Tom Kelly, an author and turkey hunter for a luncheon on Monday, July 25.

Kelly will speak during the club’s meeting, which will be held at the Daphne United Methodist Church at noon. He is expected to share his experiences and attendees will have the chance to ask the author questions following his speech.

Kelly, 82, is a local resident who has spent 70 years hunting wild turkeys. His experience in turkey hunting has given him the material to write 16 books. The first one was published in 1973.
