The Haven animal shelter in Fairhope benefits from search engine

The Haven is one of 92,000 organizations benefiting from GoodSearch.com, a Yahoo powered search engine that donates 50 percent of search related advertising revenue to user charities. Billions of dollars are generated by search engines. The founders of GoodSearch LLC developed a way to use those funds to help charities and schools.

“It’s an excellent way for one to make a difference in their community.  If we had 1,000 supporters search the internet using GoodSearch as their default search engine just twice a day we would earn $7,300 per year. Now that can save thousands of abandoned animals right here in your community,” stated Mike Graham, executive director for the non-profit animal shelter.

Many people would like to help charities but are struggling because of the economy. With GoodSearch.com, supporting causes is as easy as searching the internet. Designating The Haven – Fairhope as your GoodSearch.com charity is a free and easy way to help the no kill animal shelter in Baldwin County create a no kill community.

GoodSearch LLC has recently been issued US Patent 7,769,738 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. 92,000 nonprofits and schools are on board and hundreds are joining daily.
