Thomas Robert “Captain” Orange, 71, a native of Galveston, Texas and resident of Fairhope, passed away Friday, Jan. 2, 2015.
“Captain” held his master’s for 55 years.
Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Kay Orange; grandson, Caleb Thomas Orange; and brother, Harry Lee Orange.
He is survived by his daughters, Karen and Rebecca Orange of Fairhope; three grandchildren, Taylor Marie Orange, Kasey Lynn Rawson and Colby Robert Taunton; two great-grandchildren, Adilynn Lee and Adrianna Kay Taylor; a brother, Rufus R. Orange of Galveston, Texas; a sister, Eva Marie O’Connor of Bryan, Texas; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will have private services.
