FOLEY, Ala. — Three people remain in the Baldwin County Corrections Center in Bay Minette after a Sunday arrest in Foley.
According to Foley Police Lt. David White, officers arrested Tennessee residents 24-year-old Charles Allan Arrington of Greeneville, Tenn.; 24-year-old Leah Danae Harmon of Knoxville, Tenn.; and 28-year-old John Cody Bernard White of Canny Branch, Tenn. on multiple charges.
White said officers stopped a vehicle with Tennessee license plates Sunday evening, which contained the three alleged perps.
“They searched the vehicle and found 81 grams of methamphetamine, an amount of LSD, marijuana and prescription drugs, which was Xanax,” the lieutenant said.
All three were arrested on multiple drug charges, including felony drug trafficking, which carries a $1 million bond.
“That’s state law,” White said.
According to police records all three remained in the Baldwin County Corrections Center as of Wednesday afternoon on a bond amount of $1,014,000 each for a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and several felony charge that include two counts of possession of a controlled substance, one count possession of marijuana in the first degree and one count of drug trafficking.
