SILVERHILL, Alabama — An anonymous tip led to arrests last week on drug trafficking and possession charges at a home in Silverhill.

According to reports, deputies responded to a home on Oswalt Lane in Silverhill on Thursday, March 10, and found an active methamphetamine lab in a back bedroom.

Drug task force agents responded to collect evidence and render the lab safe. Sheriff’s officials say items consistent with methamphetamine manufacturing were seized.

Three suspects, Daniel Joseph Gregorius, 45, of Fairhope, Jennifer Dawn Smith, 32 of Elberta; and Larry Anthony Cason, 34, of Orange Beach, were arrested on drug trafficking and unlawful manufacture of a controlled substance. Smith was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Jerry Christopher Galloway, 46, of Silverhill, also faces possession of drug paraphernalia charges and is in jail on a $1,000 bond.

The other three suspects remain in the Baldwin County Corrections Facility on Monday, according to records, with drug trafficking charges for Gregorius and Smith carry a $1 million bond, plus $25,000 for the manufacturing charge. Cason is in jail on a $2 million bond for drug trafficking, plus $25,000 for the manufacturing charge.
