Walker S. Totty, 79, a resident of Orange Beach, and a native of Memphis, Tenn., died Friday, July 11, 2008.
He retired as an auto repairman in Birmingham and was a member of the Church of Christ in Memphis, Tenn. He was a veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert E. and Bessie S. Totty.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley E. Totty of Orange Beach; three sons, Mark S. Totty of Topeka, Kan., Michael K. Totty of Birmingham and Gregory A. Totty of Orange Beach; two daughters, Nathalie Adams of Hopkinsville, Ky., and Norma Johnson of Melbourne, Fla.; 10 grandchildren, Ian Johnson, Taylor Johnson, Steven Totty, Jessica Green, Myranda Coalson, Alana Totty, Eric Totty, Caitlin Totty, Samantha Totty and Melanie Totty; sister, Cynthia Buckalew of Covington, Tenn.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc., Foley.
